A voice silenced

Still in the desert and a little out of touch, but a well-read source points me at the recent kidnapping, torture and execution of crusading Pakistani journalist Saleem Shahzad. All the signs point to the ISI silencing a gadfly. It is strong evidence there is no safe way in Pakistan today to criticize or even investigate ISI-extremist connections.
